  3. Prepare the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Write the return authorization number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the Item: Send the item back to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
  • Refunds will include the cost of the item but exclude original shipping charges, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy
